Return Policy

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund for your order. We cannot accept returns on any personalized items, special order items, sale items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. In the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within forty-eight (48) hours so that we may replace the damaged merchandise.

Q: How do I make a return?
A: Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, just complete the Return Form attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise.
Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise.
